I can relate to all of these.  I was a busy working mom who was addicted to sugar and diet coke. I had tried every diet out there, only to regain the weight I’d lost plus a few extra pounds.  Then …my world came crashing down as cancer brought me to my knees.  By God’s grace I endured a 3 1/2 year battle with cancer and beat it.   I am  healthier now than I’ve ever been!  I have confidence in how I look and feel.

After years of work and research, I created the “Win the Food Fight” program with a mission to empower others to take back control of their health in a realistic, doable way.   Dieting is not the answer. By balancing your blood sugar and eating healthy meals, you’ll boost your metabolism, burn fat, build muscle and get your energy back. I specialize in not just the “what to do” but the “how to do it”.  You’ll receive recipes, meal plans, support, and endless tips and strategies to make this simple and doable for even the busiest of people.
