11 Jan Mason Jar Smoothie
We are in the middle of our Food Fight Challenge, and one of my participants posted this photo in our Facebook Community today. I love seeing our challengers share their ideas with each other!
- “Mason jars are a life saver! I make several days’ worth of smoothies in advance to grab and go. Also, eating within an hour of waking up is a challenge for this busy mom, so the berry smoothies in mason jars and spinach egg white muffins have saved me! … Jodi M.”
So what’s the PFC balance of this meal? Egg white muffins provide great protein, organic guacamole provides healthy fat, and the smoothie (carbs) is full of nutrition-packed greens and berries.
Here’s an easy recipe for a great Berry Green Smoothie:

All my best,
