Interactive classes – join in person, view Live Stream from your phone or computer, or watch recordings on your own schedule.
Facebook Live Celebration will take place at our last class at 8 PM.
Unlimited support with our Private Facebook Community where you’ll receive expert coaching, videos and tips, motivation and recipes.
