Guilt-free snacks from Starbucks

Do you love Starbucks as much as I do?

It’s a great place to reconnect with friends and enjoy your favorite beverage.  However, with all of their new offerings, it’s also a great place to grab a healthy, balanced meal on the go!   It has also become a one of my go-to places when I travel for a healthy PFC meal.  Whether in airports or on the road, whenever you can find a Starbucks you’ll be assured of a clean restroom and a quick, balanced meal.

So what does “balanced” mean?

If you’ve followed me for awhile, you’ll know that PFC means a meal balanced with healthy protein, fats and carbs.  This combo boosts your metabolism, burns fat, balances your blood sugar, builds muscle and gives you lasting energy.

Avoid the pastries and cookies and cake pops, which will give you a sugar high then a total energy crash … not to mention added pounds.  And make sure you avoid the added sugar in your drinks!  Get creative with almond milk or coconut milk, stevia or cinnamon and skip the whip and added junk.
