Christmas is over. It’s time to look and feel amazing in 2015!   Let’s Win the Food Fight together and hit the ground running in January!

2014 was an incredible year for Kelly Timmerman Nutrition.  Over 600 people went through my program!  I can’t even begin to imagine how many pounds and inches were lost.  Check out the before/after pics of my most stubborn client – my husband, Mark.  He lost 50 pounds in 4 months!  And today, 9 months later, he has continued to lose weight and looks amazing.  We have adopted this as a lifestyle with our entire family.  In my Challenge, I’ll teach you to have success, and then lead your whole family to a healthier lifestyle.  I focus on simple, practical solution for busy families – especially busy moms.

  • Basic Nutrition Foundation for the program
  • Why this is different from other programs and why it has been so successful
  • Tips and Strategies for success
  • Challengers will get measurements, pictures, meal plans, a shopping list and everything you need to be successful your first week.

Want to learn more about Kelly’s Group Nutrition Challenge? Attend any Orientation Session for FREE! If you love what you hear, you can register at the Orientation and join the group as they begin the Challenge!  Part 1 (30 minutes) is open to all.  Part 2 (30 minutes) is specifically for Challengers who are enrolling in the program.
