We are surrounded by sugary treats during the Holidays.  Instead of giving in, reach for my healthy Chocolate Mint Smoothie instead. It’s out-of-this-world refreshing, and you’ll swear it’s desert. And because it balances your blood sugar with the right amount of protein, fat and carbs, you’ll gain energy, reduce sugar cravings, and keep your metabolism rockin.

Kelly’s Favorite Chocolate Mint PFC Smoothie

1 small frozen banana
1 scoop choc protein powder
2 cups  unsweetened almond milk
10 mint leaves
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1  Tbs Chia Seeds
1 Tbs cacao nibs (or small dark chocolate chips)
4 ice cubes (optional)

Blend and serve!
