Meet Anna Rose.  In just 4 weeks, her whole perspective on healthy eating has changed.  Little did I know that she would write her own blog on her 4-week journey of “Winning the Food Fight”!   It was a surprise when her mom proudly texted me and told me to read Anna Rose’s recent blog.

I love helping teenage girls.  They are at a critical stage.  There is so much pressure on girls to be thin. So what do most turn to?  Dieting and quick fixes, which will only slow their metabolisms and hurt them in the long run.  By eating healthy and balanced, Anna Rose looks and feels amazing and most of all … she passionately shared her journey to inspire other girls.

I am thrilled to coach a growing number of teenagers.  One by one, we are spreading the message to stop the dieting madness.  We’re helping other girls learn to feel good about themselves and ditch the scale.  They understand that eating healthy includes balancing protein, fats and carbs to boost their metabolism.  They know how to make simple, yummy food combinations.  They get that healthy eating can be simple and fun.  And it can be “cool”, even at school.
